★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and fancy medical center, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish.. Dr. (Asma Antar) at Dermatology is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of me, but also she is lovely to speak with. She is a person with outstanding medical care quality and high level of experience. I highly recommend becoming her patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors and nurses are very professional. Dr. Saleh Alwadai (orthodontics) Dr. Raed (derma) were really into details on the treatment plan and very respectful. I only have one comment in the reception as SOME of the receptionists seems to have moody and unwelcoming attitude. Sometimes they will be approachable and the other day they will ignore you. One of them told me my next appointment will be on Wednesday and she did not even tell me what time and what date exactly is Wednesday?!!! And even the nurse she was silenced by her, she said she was very busy. Like, seriously?!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to visit this place, the reviews encouraged me to give it a try. Good customer service through the phone, WhatsApp and the reception, the place is nice and clean. I had the chance to meet Joanna and Rosa and they’re both super sweet, I did aqua facial with Rosa and it was really nice and refreshing. The only downside for me was the parking, always full and you have to park a couple of buildings away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My all time favorite clinic, and believe me I tried many. Dermadent is very professional. If you have an appointment they wouldn’t disappoint you and waist your time. Also, their nurse staff is one of the best in Riyadh. However, their only problem is that they don’t educate their customer service employees very well about their various services. Other than that, I’m definitely a loyal and satisfied customer.
