Even though I was shopping at the lower-end of the range, the salesman spent time with me and, when he discovered my technical interest, showed me high-end pieces just as a treat. What truly it makes the shopping experience memorable at this boutique is the exceptional customer service. The staff have all been polite, conscientious and knowledgeable during each of my visits. I highly recommend this store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t express my dissatisfaction regarding the customer service from my favorite brand, today I visited to buy a gift for one of my friends and I was surprised by the “poor” customer service and the employees kept ignoring me and keep talking to each other. No one said “How can I help you?” !
Finally, I left to buy from another brand.
