a	aziz jaft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Greetings! I’m an enthusiast about perfumes and I always like to keep updated with the Niche Shops. To make it short. It is my first and last experience here. I’d like you as a reader to know that the Staff, specially Khalid are very Professional, Welcoming and Respectful. The problem is that I bought from them Three Perfumes, Moon Dust by Min New York, Number 5 by Rosendo Mateu and Boharas by La Manufacture. I started to use the Boharas 8 days ago. It was all perfect and good till today it started leaking very much. I went to the shop asking for help, the staff were helpful but the Manager was Not Helpful at All. He refused to do any action as the policy of exchange a defected perfume is through the first 72 hours of purchase. I always respect policies, rules, registrations…etc. Sometimes there are exceptions and small details that can make someone’s POV of the place is fascinating, as an example, taking an action for the defect in my perfume! Khalid, one the staff working there, has called me apologizing for something he never did unlike his manager who didn’t take any action. I don’t know about them but as a business owner for myself, I always earn the customers respect by taking full care of them. I also left the perfume with them to enjoy it with its defect.
