★ ★ ★ ★ ★ after years in saudi arabia, i tried different barbers. no one is consistent and every time they do the opposite of what you ask, no one speaks English and they don't understand what you are asking. from Amber is a whole other story. the staff speaks English very well, the salon is spotless and their professional manners put you at ease and the cleanliness is at the top. looks like a barber in Italy. the chairs are super comfortable, the music at the right volume. technically very prepared, I had the beard and hair as I had been asking for years for the first time. I thank Zohrab for his professionalism, I hope to come back and be served by him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had selected the manager Ahmed to do the golden mask facial, it was a gift for my husband. A regular worker, who seems inexperienced did the treatment. He waxed on a sensitive area under the eye which has damaged the skin, despite my husband warning him. No questions were asked about allergies, sensitivities, or skin type. Then he kept insisting my husband tips him at the end, which is very distasteful and just not professional at all. Extremely disappointed with the service, my husband has said he would never go back. Do not use Amber Salon for facials.

Comfortable setting. Nice people (with excellent English skills). Good prices (haircut 145SAR).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my first excellent haircut in Riyadh. Zo did a wonderful job. Unlike many stylists, he actually listened to what I wanted and then he executed perfectly. Yes, it costs a bit more than your average Riyadh barber. But if you want a great haircut, I highly recommend it. I’ll be going back.
