โ โ โ โ โ Worst place to buy anything, the staff are terrible! They act as if you are not paying them anything! I hope that the management would do something towards their staff! If I was in charge, I would fire all of the rude staff without hesitation. And if I was the person incharge of the agency, I wouldnโt ruin my reputation with this terrible management!!! Unfortunatly, even terrible reciews will not change anything!!!

โ โ โ โ โ This is the worst Louis Vuitton branch i visited because of how RUDE the manager and staff here. They will not help you and just let you go. Also, the negative comments here are right!
The manager their name "Hussam" is the WORST Manager of any branch of LV that I've encountered in my life. He don't know how to treat the customer well and he was very RUDE to us. Imagine this is Louis Vuitton?? This is the second time i encountered him that he was rude and dont know how to handle customer and situations.
I hope Louis Vuitton will hire more competent staff specially the managers. The one who manage this branch specially that "Hussam" is not qualified.
I know Louis Vuitton is a big brand and so i hope they take it seriously to offer good service to the client especially the returning clients like me. It will lead this branch to better sales and more frequent customers if they will be serious in giving best customer experience in the shop.
If you guys experience same like me, please contact their customer service so they will know that this branch needs to improve their service and they need more qualified Managers and SA.

โ โ โ โ โ Just went to the new boutique during slow working hours in the afternoon, waited for 20 minutes, and none of the sales associates approached to assist, manage my wait, or communicate with me. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to buy but didnโt buy it because of the lack of assistance so Iโll be making this purchase elsewhere.

They say it with regrets that it will take this long time. DISAPPOINTMENT when such high end brands treat their customers this way ?

โ โ โ โ โ We went there during 1st Eid holiday and unfortunately store was closed. And we went there again on the next day and it was opened.
I bought purse bag for my wife. It basically great luxurious product. Store is designed for luxurious products. It sells mostly for women accessories, like purse bag traveller bag glasses scarf etc. Its high quality product. You can feel it when you touch them.
Staffs were expert and helpful.
