โ โ โ โ โ Really bad customer service for a high end brand. Iโm very disappointed. The guy whoโs managing who come into the store ( Abdulrahman) make us wait for more than 20 minutes and when we asked him he why? He said its almost prayer time! So people come out of the store but he didnโt let us in. I will definitely go to centria mall branch. ????????

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad management, uninterested staff. They would see you and ignore you. I would go and they had a line outside due to COVID-19 but the inside was empty and the staff are many, they see me but they done ask if I needed help. I had a bad experience that was repeated multiple times with this branch. One of the staff members gave me her number to ask about certain accessories, she texted me and said itโs available and I should come to the branch and when I go, they are sold out. Iโm never going to this branch again. The one in Centria is way better and staff are more professional

โ โ โ โ โ Bad customer service. I got an earring from there after 3 months it went broken. When I contacted them they didnt help me with anything!!! Imagine buying an expensive item then you get this level of service.. An email will be sent to the head office in Paris. ??

โ โ โ โ โ Horrible service, late to opening! I am a loyal client of Dior world wide, but every time I visit this branch my shopping experience declines to 0! Not only are they slacky, but theyโre disrespectful making clients wait at the door even though itโs working hours. I will not visit them again. Just horrible!

โ โ โ โ โ It is the worst customer service Iโve ever had in Dior!!!! It is just disappointing how bad they are!!! Dior is one of my favorite brands and I have been to Dior all over the world and my experience is always GREAT but until I been to this store!! They are very slow and rude!! I just bought slippers and I did the payment! They girl took the slippers and went inside to prepare the package for me but she took a long time so I kindly asked another SA to help me out, guess what?!!! She did not even look at me!! She walked straight and said WAIT!!! I wish I can give them even less than one star! If you want to visit this particular store ask for Haya! She was very nice to me yesterday even tho I did not buy nothing yesterday!

โ โ โ โ โ Yesterday I visit Dior Kingdome tower branch , My first experience with buying a bag from Dior went so good. The costumers service is outstanding that lady Rahaf she help me and guide me to reach the bag that I want . She was so professional and a lady with very welcoming attitude.
