And i took a peak inside and there are only 3 ppl inside so i walked away and decided never to come back and to write about my experience here and to send an email to HQ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst floor manager ever. Actually told me to “enjoy a piece” when he couldn’t help, when I asked him if there’s any way to clean scuff marks on a shoe. Lost respect for the brand because of such low service.
