الاستقبال و الموظفين لا يهتمون الا فقط بالزبائن النساء، اما الرجال، فالتعامل معهم سيء جدا
Zara Home is well known, but I have a simple point that I want to make.
The reception and staff only care about female customers, as for men, they deal with them very badly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفة الكاشير ومساعدة المنجر تعاملهم سيء انكسرت قطعه مني لأن ماكانت محطوطه بالكرتون صح وما كان عندي مشكله ادفع اذا هي غلطتي بس كانت الموظفة سيئة وتقول ما انكسرت الا بيدك كل الزبائن مسكوها ماصار شيء الا معك و اوريها ان حجم القطعه فيه مشكله وتنكر ? واقول يابنت الغلط مو غلطي ولا اقول غلطتك الكرتون فيه غلط وتقول لا انا قلبته ماصار شيء قلت يعني تتوقعين طلعتها وكسرتها بالقصد قالت ما شفت وش صار بس اللي اعرفه ما فيها مشكله وكل الناس مسكوها وماطاحت منهم !! ومساعدة المنجر مره تصير اسلوب ومره تصير مثل صاحبتها… والله لو انها قالت الا صحيح هذا غلط مصنعي اقسم بالله ماعندي مشكله ادفع حتى لو مو غلطتي عشان ماتتحمل الموظفه الغلط لكن ماتستاهل احد يساعدهم على ذا الاسلوب … والموظف المدير مشعل جزاه الله خير رجع لي الفلوس … لكن توبة اقرب لذا الفرع
The cashier employee and the manager’s assistant treat them badly. A piece of me broke because it was not surrounded by the cardboard. Right, and I had no problem. I paid if it was my fault, but the employee was bad and says it only broke with your hand. All the customers caught it. Nothing happened except with you and I tell her that the size of the piece has a problem and denies ? And I say, girl, it’s wrong It is not my fault, and I do not say your mistake, the cartoon is wrong and you say no, I turned it, nothing happened. I said, I mean, you expect it to come out and I broke it on purpose. She said I did not see what happened, but what I know is that there is no problem and all the people caught it and it fell from them!! Helping the manager sometimes becomes a style and sometimes it becomes like its owner... By God, if she says nothing but true, this is a factory error, I swear to God, I have no problem. But repentance is closer to that branch
