★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء وكيل في العالم اللي عندنا ، كذبوا علي وقت البيع .. هذا غير سوء الخدمة ما بعد البيع
اشتريت منهم طقم بدون مبالغة اعتقد هو الاغلى بالمحل ، بس عموماً كان عاجبني جداً وكنت متردد فقط بسبب انه حسيت انه قابل للخدش ، لكن قالولي اي خدش تجي للفرع ونبدّل لك الشنطة مباشرة واشتريت الطقم فعلاً
وبعد أول سفرة لي شنطتين انخدشوا واتصلت عليهم واللي رد علي لما قلت له انخدشت قال وش تبغى نسوي لك !! حتى لما قلت له انه استبدال (حسب كلام اللي باعوا لي) قال ابداً هالشيء غير صحيح
عيب والله ??
ملاحظة : كل اللي عطوني ارقامهم وقت البيع ، الان مغلقة واللي موجودين غيرهم

I bought a set from them without exaggeration, I think it is the most expensive in the store, but in general it was very unpleasant to me and I was hesitant only because I felt that it could be scratched, but they told me which scratches you come to the branch and we exchange the bag for you directly and I really bought the set
After my first trip, two bags were scratched, and I called them, and the one who answered me when I told him I was scratched said what do you want me to do for you!! Even when I told him that it was a replacement (according to the words of those who sold me) he never said this thing is not true
Shame on God ??

It should be open. But it keeps it closed. I came here all over town. Closed. No staff. Faithful but annoying!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is one of the worst branches worldwide I believe, they should open in the morning as stated in google maps. However, the shop is closed and they only open afternoon 4:00 p.m. if and big "if" they open. Is this something Samsonite company knows about? Oh I forgot, it is the Saudi sponsor company's fault. It is embarrassing and un-professional.
It is sad that the only branch in Riyadh opens and closes based on the personnel preference ?. So sad I mean it!!
