The sales women was very rude and not professional at all. I felt like I wasn't welcome! Just hated my costumer experience here !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a shame there is only ONE Valentino store in the whole of Riyadh, I travelled to this particular store to find what I thought was closed, no staff present at front entrance and door closed, I contacted customer service for help and they also confirmed it was opened,, i directly contacted the store no answers.I waited around for 3hrs as I really wanted to purchase something, finally I asked a random staff at a different store (next door) if they know anything about the opening times and she came with me to the store and pushed the door open and said it’s been open all along, when I went inside I found the staff approach me politely and I informed her immediately that I been waiting for 3hrs because I thought it was closed and I could not see anyone the whole time, she told me we usually are open but leave the doors closed. With no signs of opening times and no staff to great customers is very appalling, and you will lose customers very quickly. Lucky I had the patients to wait but I should not of gone through all that.

All shops are open except for valentino store at 12:49 pm
There are no staff at the store and I have been waiting for 40 minutes as they have closed very early before prayer time and did not open after prayer time finished.
I will never return to this store.
