★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ مكان ممكن يخدم العملاء هم ، اخذ قطعه واضح تماما باول رد لهم ان اللي صار غير مقبول فيها ولما اوديها يستلمونها قالو لا هذا سوء استخدام انتظري ٦ شهور لين تتصلح؟ سيء تعاملهم مع العملاء جججدا
 The worst place that can serve customers. They took a piece. It was absolutely clear with their first response that what had become unacceptable in it, and when they gave it to them, they said: No, this is misuse. Wait 6 months for it to be repaired? Very bad treatment with clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أمانةً تعامل الموظفة بقسم الأحذية كان لطيف جدًا وخدومة وفاهمة في البراند، شامية على ما يبدو نسيت اسمها. أعجبني أنها تحترم رأيك وواقعية وشاطرة في التفاهم والحوار مع العميل ما عندها نظام إلا غصب القطعة رائعة وغصب تصير حلوة علي.
Honestly, the employee in the shoe department was very nice, helpful and understanding in the brand, Shamiya, it seems, I forgot her name. I liked that she respects your opinion, is realistic, and shares understanding and dialogue with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموظفين جدا راقين وافاهمين البراند بس مشكلة الفرع هو طابور الانتظار، بالغالب مره يطول ويسبب furstration قبل ما تدخل المحل والحركة شوي مستفزة من محل المفترض انه high-end.
ياليت تطلبون من الموظفين يتعاملون مع زبونين بنفس الوقت عشان تروح هالمشكلة لان وقتها التعامل ما راح يفرق كثير، داخليه المحل تستوعب زبائن اكثر ومع ذلك تجد طابور طويل.
Unprofessional
The staff is very classy and understands the brand, but the problem with the branch is the waiting queue, which is often long and causes furstration before entering the store and the movement is a little provocative from the supposed high-end store.
I would like you to ask the employees to deal with two customers at the same time so that this problem goes away because at that time the dealings will not make much difference, the interior of the shop accommodates more customers and yet you find a long queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماركة فندي غنيه عن التعريف ، المحل يقع ف برج المملكه ، وفيه انواع الشنط المختلفه بألوانها وأحجامها ،وطبعاً مثل باقي الماركات كل فتره ينزلون بضاعه جديده والوان مختلفه ، الاسعار مثل باقي الماركات مرتفعه بالتأكيد .
The Fendi brand is well known, the shop is located in the Kingdom Tower, and it has different types of bags of different colors and sizes, and of course, like other brands, they release new goods and different colors every once in a while. The prices are definitely high, like other brands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store was closed 10 mins before the official call for prayers (isha prayer) and 15 mins before they called for prayers in shopping center. Shops/boutiques within a shopping center should only close once the official prayer call is announced in the mall. As the case with the remaining stores within the mall !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a nightmare experience. We brought a bag to be fixed they charged us over 3k for fixing and waiting of more than 5 months. And then shockingly nothing was fixed!! I felt it is a scam. I have all evidence and invoices.
Also No one answers the calls! Why such brand wouldn’t have a call center to serve their clients.
DO NOT PAY MONEY AND GET SUCH EXPERIENCE, IT IS NOT WORTH IT.
