★ ★ ★ ★ ★ more than once the store us without an employee without any desk notice when s/he will come back.... few customers waited gave up & I waited for 1 hour and s/he did not show up.... Do not come only after 9 pm to enshure there is someone to serve you and maybe...total disrespect to customers.
worse I called 1100 and lady agent asked me to go to another store as if I do not know how to find them!! instead of taking the complaint seriously...I am leaving as no. 6 giving up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a sim for my wife. The employee decided to open a separate Absher account for her without getting our permission. When we knew, we asked her if it was necessary or if she can cancel it? The answer was no.. When we went home, I found out that I cannot access my Absher account because she deleted my phone number and added it to my wife. It took us a long hassle to return it back. Very bad experience. :-(
