★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة ما بعد البيع سئية جدا .. نظارتي عليها ضمان واستبدال لاسمح الله سار شيء .. خرب الذراع فيها ووديتها لهم وقالوا نستبدلها لك بس بشرط تشتري شيء اغلى !!!!!!!!!!!!! خير على اي اساس ضمان واستبدال فوري والموظفة اللي تشتغل غير متعاونه جدا مادري مين يحمينا بس من هالاستغلال العلني.
After-sales service is very bad..My glasses have a warranty and a replacement, may God allow something to happen .. ruined the arm in it and made it friendly to them and they said we will exchange it for you, but on the condition that you buy something more expensive !!!!!!!!!!!!! It is good on any basis, a guarantee and an immediate replacement. The employee who works is very unhelpful, I don’t know who can protect us, but from this public exploitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يبدو أن العاملات يطبقن سياستهن الخاصة المتعارضة مع سياسة المحل المعلنة. أو ياترى هل يطبقن مايصلهن من تعليمات غير منشورة ؟ لا أدري ولكني لن أطأ بقدمي ذلك المحل أو أي فرع له أبدا مرة أخرى. الشعارات تذيبها الأفعال والتجربة خير برهان.
Workers seem to apply their own policies that are incompatible with the declared shop policy. Or, do they apply their unpublished instructions? I don’t know, but I will never go to that store or any branch again. Slogans melt them with deeds and experience is the best proof.
