★ ★ ★ ★ ★ foreigners beware! **Employees here discriminate against tourists.** No female change rooms on site (you must pay and try things on in mall change rooms, then return items that did not fit within 3 days). Employees refused to return items within 20 minutes of purchase stating policy is “within 3 days but after 24 hours” ?! *however* they returned items immediately for other Saudi women in line who also bought items with visa within the hour. Other Saudi women in line were helpful and outraged that employees were rude and would discriminate against foreigners.
I am from New York and have never had such degrading customer service at Zara. This also cost me 90 minutes of stress and standing in line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to buy a perfume and when I go to the cashier the person behind the cashier was sitting down and then I told him I will buy the perfume but he didn’t say anything and he just drink water and didn’t pay attention to me. I waited for a few minutes and still he didn’t attend to me and another staff also came but the same reaction I got so I told them nevermind I’ll just go. I returned the perfume in the stand and walked out of the store. Very, very poor customer service in this Zara Panorama branch. Very rude staffs. Unprofessional. Don’t go to this branch. Worst customer service!
