★ ★ ★ ★ ★ philippine guy in the cashier was horrible and non politel at all with the customer, especially when there were othe Philippines girls he ignored the rest and just talk and laugh with them othe non respect!!
I am unsatisfying with this kind of treatment. Nevertheless, the place wasn't clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very limited options to eat at the cafe, everything pretty much listed on the menu was not available. Not sure why they have this place open even, doesn’t serve the purpose.
Staff is courteous though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 stars for the caffe, i ordered victoria cake, lemon cake, flat white and mocca, then i changed my mind and i asked the front guy to change lemon cake to 2 chocolate croissant, he told me you cant because its taken out from container I was really surprised its already cut like all other cake pieces in same container and all he has to do to return it thats it. I dont know what kind of hospitality or attitude they have really bad customer service, even when they gave up and and let me have the croissants, they were still talking about me in their language. Drinks were good , croissant was flaky and delicious, cake was really dry. there was good guy between these workers, his name john, ask for his help if u go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limited selection. Maybe because of Corona pandemic. Better to order online if you are familiar with their products being a M&S customer. Quality of products is good and at a reasonable price. I love their cotton and linen range of shirts.

theft as the paid amount exceeds the invoice account and to top it the supervisor abdullah alshammari is as unprofessional as it gets by asking me to go and complain as much as i can with the ministry of commerce rather than appologizing for a clear theft even if its small in amount.
not recommended for the attitude of the workers and not matching money taken with the bill received EVEN after trying to tesolve the matter and i have the evidence to support my claim .
well done .... NOT!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the atmosphere here in the coffee shop but for some reason they stopped accommodating my request when I ask them not to fill the cup of the Cappuccino full with milk, for the few last times they just keep ignoring this very simple request even when I stand there to watch them making it. It is very bazaar ?. In addition to that it is really very slow service ?
