★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مفروض اقل من نجمه تعامل الموظفه معي كان بداعي ان السستم عطلان ودخل فرع رجال وجت هي نفسها ويوم كلمت مديرها تقول في ترجيع يقول ايه يعني مادري ذي تصريفه ولا وشي بضبط اخر مره اتعامل معهم ولعد بجيكم اذا كل مره اجي فرع يرسلني الفرع ثاني ويقولون تعالو صباح ولا مافي صرف ولا سستم عطلان وهو شغال
It was supposed to be less than one star. The employee dealt with me, because the system was out of order, and he entered the men’s branch, and she was the same, and when I called her manager, she says, “Return, he says, I mean, I don’t know how to deal with them.” There is no exchange, nor a faulty system, while it is working

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 star for this store. The worst Massimo Dutti store in the world.
If the store does not have fitting room, it should have easy refund policy, at least.
The statf told me she cannot proceed refubd as she does not have cash to give me. You can simply cancle my credit card payment!
So I had to come back to the store another day. Then she told me to go to the male section.
Finally I made it. But I still feel I wasted my time a lot. I will never visit this store again. Never again
