 We bought from them a new women’s Roberto Cavalli watch. The first time it was used, its screws were loose. We returned it to them. They repaired it. We put it on the second time it loosened ?! I want an hour in which the same thing happens

My experience was bad with the employee / strange, inappropriate style and loud voice and did not receive maintenance..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل سيىء ولا انصح بالتعامل معهم بطارية الساعات شهر بالكثير وتدور صيانة حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
Bad handling, and I do not recommend dealing with them. The watch battery is a month and a lot, and maintenance revolves. God is sufficient for me, and He is the best agent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف سياستهم في الاسترجاع والتعديل جدًا سيئة والتعامل ?? خصوصًا فرع سلام مول ( فيه موظف وجوده خسارة للمحل، جدًا مُستفز وينفر الزبائن )
كنت برفع شكوى لوزارة التجارة لكن الأخ طلال الحارثي الله يوفقه كان قمة في الأخلاق والتعامل اللطيف
وحل لي الموضوع ..كل الشكر له
