He made sure we were satisfied with everything and went beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. It’s very rare to get this kind of service from any manager, but Bassel was truly exceptional. Highly recommend this location!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lovely experience. I was contacted to collect my new watch. After arrival, I was greeted by the qualified and friendly sales team; namely Ms Samah who was very knowledgeable about the brand. After the purchase, it only took two minutes to change the size of the bracelet at the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Rolex store in the GCC! I highly recommend you visit this new Rolex store. All the watches are up for display (unlike others in the region). Friendly staff, personalised experience, everything you expect from the Rolex brand.
Well done to the team at Rolex Panorama mall, keep up the good work! Special thanks to Bassel who personally handed over the new Sea Dweller timepiece to me.
