★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet again same as other customers here, sale staff is very rude I would've gave it a pass but we were patient but to no surprise they did not help us with our concern, dont bother looking at the name tags as it is not there own...
Such a shame since we we're mobily users for a very long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The representative gave me different details to the customer phone line representative who was more useful. They get commission on sales so will push to sell the most expensive packages... ? Double check on Mobily customer phone line before you sign anything.. But very eager to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys exploit new customers, especially if he/she is a non-arabic speaking person and presents an international Visa or MasterCard.
I visited this store to buy a new SIM back on 6th January 2022. They charged me 170 SAR twice on my card, on pretext that the 1st transaction was cancelled and that the amount would return in 7days. No cancellation receipt was provided either. The amount never came back to my card. Numerous visits were made for the refund alone, and every time a new excuse was given. Mobile customer care was helpless too as they apparently can't go beyond what this staff told me. Spent more than 300 SAR in taxis, just to recover 170 SAR but all in vain. Not to forget the mental strain they caused me by making me run pillars to posts, only to leave the matter in the hands of Almighty.
I haven't forgotten and forgiven my 170 SAR and someday Mobily or the concerned staff will pay it back, either here or in Akhirat. In sha Allah.
