โ โ โ โ โ Pathetic services. Customer Care reps are not interested in doing their work and have ready made excuses all the time that system is down. Their 959 service is so bad that no matter whatsoever complaints you make, they are not getting resolved. It's time to say goodbye to Zain..!!!

โ โ โ โ โ It's a good service centre and the employees are very helpful. I'm not too keen about their service, as I was really disappointed by it. There is a self service kiosk which gives you a token based on what kind of query you have. Wait for the teleprompter to call out your number, and go to the respective counter to enquire. Overall, the centre is fine and with high tech facilities.

โ โ โ โ โ Useless staffs. I went there for cancelling my sim and just instructed me to go online. First, that's why i come to their establishment, because their online service isn't working. Second, they work so unprofessional. He is even rushing to turn his back on me just to chitchat with his co-worker with some non-work related topic.???
