★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ll tell according to two different experiences in this particular service office. Although staff spent long time in serving us, but they were customer oriented with good knowledge and it seems they are well trained. We reached the office a few minutes before closing time but some employees continue in service after working hours with very good manners, hardworking and welcoming attitude.
This office is one of the most cleaning, organized and productive offices not just for STC but comparing with other mobile service providers. Generally it reflects excellent image for STC service standards and it may carry its Brand as it should be.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could just give no stars at all. They won’t deal with human beings. They sent EVERYONE in the self service kiosk that is not even working. The only flagship store that asked me to go to the mall to use the service kiosk there.

This employee did stand out from the rest with such professionalism and customer focus service. I am sure if supported in STC he will have bright future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this store with a friend to buy a new SIM card. The store was extremely clean and adequately spaced to allow social distancing near support desks. They had provisions for hand sanitizer, but do not provide disposable face masks, if you forgot yours.
Nevertheless, their service was quick and timely. Didn't face long queues. The staff was overall friendly and supportive.
Tip: Respect your and everyone's safety. Carry your own face mask along, else the same friendly staff will not entertain you and may even ask you to leave the premises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it's near to busiest road the branch always less crowded ? Friendly staff but the problem is they were not good at English... The guy at the customer service wasn't know basic English also but they try to help and resolve your issue... Evening time is best to visit...
