U	Usama Ather on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place, approximately at a distance of 8 minutes walk from gate # 8 of masjid e nabvi sallal laho aleh wasalam. 15 minutes walk from central dates market. Nearby place is bangali para, where you can find comparitively low rates from shops near to harem. Clean enviornment but Escalators were not working during my visit.
I	ID BELLE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much details in the interior design witch make it a heavy to soul place to rest especially for sleeping, no breakfast and no parking service and the room not clean (the flooring and the bathtub) and the price accepted based on the hotel style.. The good thing that after we bay for our reservation but we do not like the room, they were kind to cancel it..
K	Khizar Shabir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for two nights. Every room we went into had the bathrooms tub with weird yellow stains. It was like part of the paint job done on the tub. But anything else was pretty clean. My room didn't come with a safe locker. The towels given had rips and stains. The hotels wifi was "down" and was told it will come on in few hrs, which it never did. I later found out that it has been down for few days and the staff just lies to you. But everything a side my family had a good stay here and was peaceful. And it was a 10 mins walk to the Al-Masjid an-Nabawi. Everything is good but the staff needs to work on cleaning and managing the hotel a little better.
M	Mohammad Rahman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بسم الله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم Looks fancy on the outside but just another at most 2 start hotel due to services. Most rooms had some problem or the other so be prepared for that, no complaints my side since we never came for the hotel anyway. The biggest plus is that it's adjacent to the first line of the masjid, and about at most a ten minute walk from the Rawdah, and that's what we came for so Alhamdulillah.
S	Sarjeel Faki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is poor in every respect! Firstly the noise. The doors to each room make massive bangs every time they are opened and shut. The noise and echo reverberates throughout the building. Forget sleeping when you have groups of people in and out at all times of the night. Complain to staff, like I did, and see nothing happen! The staff are not trained to an adequate standard in order to cater for international tourists. Complain about the toilet roll not being replenished, you are looked upon like an alien. The rooms are dirty. The paint on the walls are dirty and flaking. The bed sheets were dirty on arrival. Request them to be changed, and you are viewed as some sort of weirdo with an OCD for cleanliness. Free Wifi - in certain areas and not in the rooms. Reception only when switched on. The only thing I have that is positive to say about this hotel was the excitement at writing this review and warning you not to even entertain staying there! This place looks good, but its not!

It took them 2 days to provide clean dry towels, the air-conditioning system was broken down for 6 of the 10 days we stayed. Plus the linen wasn't changed for the length of our stay and the room not cleaned. No accountability from management and certain areas of the hotel was over cluttered and staff were reluctant to respond, at times hotel food ran out or the quality was substandard. Laundry service was not provided, so we had to take our laundry ourselves to be cleaned by the neighbouring hotel across the street.
