★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very clean and the service is good too. But a bit expensive for a three star hotel. The elevators are too busy most of the time and takes a lot of time to get where you want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very small and it took long time to get room service. The quality of food at the buffet was poor. We stayed 3 nights and the whole time room was not cleaned.
The main advantage of staying is that it’s closer to Masjid An Nabawi. We mainly used the room to sleep.

The suite has a haram view .
The breakfast is a variety and good for anyone who wants to stay inMadinah , close to the haram .

Cons: booked a king with a city view . I was given a twin with no view . After asking them I was given twin bed pushed together and that was king ..no view .
Rooms are not cleaned well . You have to call more than 5 times for them to come to clean . Asked for bedsheets to be changed nothing was done . Rooms are roughly cleaned in the evening .
Food was great iftar time . But after eid breakfast was not good .
Light in the room was going on and off after letting the receptionist know she said maintenance will be there ..no one came .
This place can be 5 star if the customer service was excellent and management’s was listening to customers ..However it’s a place that I would say you need to stay for a day but for NOT longer period you will be frustrated .

Quad rooms @tulipinaldaar offers spacious room with 4 beds, a toilet and all amazing amenities.
Ideal for family stay and comes in reasonable prices.
They have suites and double bed rooms as well and I was so impressed with their suites. They are beautiful and quite spacious
We were also super impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene they have maintained throughout the hotel ?
