★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service was very poor and lacked urgency to help guests. At times there was one front desk worker with a guest and had to wait 15 minutes until I expressed my displeasure to check out. Not hospitable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are bed bugs in this building do not goo ! Got so scared left all my clothes in the hotel and bought new ones only left with my passport very disrepsful staff that don't help for nothing and they smoke cigarettes inside the bulding ? and fruit Flys all over the washroom

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. My check in was at 4. Despite reach at 7 my room was not prepared. Not towels.. upon asking for towels the room service guy said that they have to get them from laundry.. third class service ..
disgusting. Worst bathroom. Wash basin was jammed.
Plz don’t waste your money by staying here…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful..booked through booking dot com..when there i was kept waiting for 10mins (not an issue given the season)…VAT was added on top the rate i was given (my mistake not to notice when i was booking the room). HOWEVER, i was given the room’s key to which i ascended the floors using the shoddy lifts!! Open the door and to my shook i saw two individuals sleeping in the room! Absolutely embarrassing..at the concierge i was not given another room option let alone receiving an apology for the abhorrent situation i was put into. Not recommending it, at least during peak seasons (under-managed)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't stay here because this was not within the budget. But I visited there This is really nice Hotel in Front of 308 Gate, need to walk for 2-3 minutes to approach Haram. As in Madina, Many hotels are high class, This is also not very costly but still affordable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolute WORST hotel I've ever been in, in my life. There were bugs crawling in the shower. The bathroom smelled like urine. The pillows and sheets all had stains on them and smelled dirty. Crumbs and dirt from the floor was just swept under the desk so you could see it all if you took out the chair. When we told room service they argued with us and just put pillow cases over the old ones instead of giving us fresh pillows and cases. They just threw some cleaner on the floor and didn't actually clean anything in the bathroom. It was an awful stay. Do not ever go here. I would give this hotel a 0 rating if I could.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience - bathroom kept flooding after showers as the layout and drains are not build for purpose. Cockroaches in rooms. Outdated deco, not clean or fresh. Awful beds that gave me a bad back. Ques for lifts always, smells dirty.
Bathroom was just a nightmare. Only plus was the location and everything was awful. Just wanted to leave the hotel.
