★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting place. Very dirty. Very poorly maintained. Extremely ill mannered rude and untrained for hospitality industry staff. Worst possible hotel.... Sad it's in the blessed city of Madina. Very very sad. The management should fire the current group servicing the hotel specifically the receptionist and manager. Given the location it can be made into an excellent hotel if it had the right maintainance and service staff.

Cleanliness in this hotel requires very much improvement.
Particularly, the carpets lying in rooms must be removed permanently OR must be disinfected with a spray of good quality approved from authorities before arrival of every new guest.
Secondly, properly washed and cleaned bed wears be provided to every new coming guest.
Thirdly, Washroom accessories are required to be thoroughly checked, cleaned and disinfected before arrival of every new guest. (Including availability of necessary articles e.g tissue rolls etc)
Fourthly, Air conditioning in the rooms are required to be improved, during our stay in Aug-19, the air conditioning was very poor.
Most of our group mates were complaining of being ill and taking medicine. The time we were spending in oper air was relaxing and the time in hotel was difficult.
Readers are advised to check the hotel by their own before stay, our time of stay was the peak season and there might be some contribution in above observations of the huge crowd.
