★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is good, but not that much clean. Parking is available but management refused to give parking free of cost. They demand 50 sr for parking. Rate which booking.com is fake. They showed around 350 sr as cost and charge 215sr with discount but actual cost was 200sr for all customers, those came directly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel. Excellent location near to Masjid e Nabwi rather can view the Masjid. Scanty people in the era of COVID-19, so not maintained properly. Good for families as prayer place for women is very near.

1) They didn't allow car Parking inspite of available parking space, the lady on the counter was uncooperative,
2) The room Phone wasn't working,
3) No housekeeping on the floors,
4) No towels in the bathrooms
5) No cups or water in the rooms
6) bad Smelling corridors

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good, not so pricey and good service hotel to do you Hajj or umrah. 3 - 5 minutes from Masjid al Haram. Very nice Buffet they also have.
