★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst ever Hotel I have seen in Saudi Arabia. The hotel is full of cockroaches. Lifts are non performing. Bathrooms are dirty and water logged. I would like to request Saudi Govt /Haj Committee of india to black list this hotel for ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is close to Haram but not good. The place is not clean dirty rooms not enough lifts poor management. Although The Pakistani food is very nice I would suggest a better and cleaner place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever book this hotel. Mark my words u will regret if ur booking is there ny urself or your travel agent. Totally non sense staff and unbearable. On the day of booking u arrive no room vacant for u and then they will shift u to another low graded hotel after long wait no 30 mins about 2 3 hours and say to u they will pick u after some hours of availbility of vacant room. They will never ever contact after shifting u to that hotel. This was happened to me so I called my travel agent to shift me to promised hotel or equal to that so i was shifted to another good hotel that was better than wahtul hotel. We was so tired after travelling by road from makkah to madina and this hotel made us fool and make us wait for long hours to waste out precious time to go haram for prayer and made unrelaxed throughout the tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Worst hotel in Madinah. Very very dirty rooms and beds. They never change bedsheets. Bathrooms are so much dirty that you will never want to enter and take a bath. The hotel staff is very rude and abusive. LIFTS are always full and crowded. DON'T STAY IN THIS HOTEL. It's near to Haram but it's not worth living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5-7 mins walk to Haram. But the rooms are dirty have cockroaches (I changed 2 times my room). Both same. Floor smells a lot. Each room is filled with beds which are not even required. Each time you need to use lift. You need to have a chance after waiting for 5-10 mins only for lifts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Overloaded hotel, they committed to you, but have not vacant rooms.
Then shifted to others places/hotels.
It's also costly accommodation with respect to other hotels adjacent to it.
It is further added that hotel timing 02pm to 02pm next day (24hrs)..
Please be careful about your flight booking, others wise you would be in trouble.
Not recommended in normal conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place. Well furnished n decorated room n lobby. But the lift system must be improved. U must have at least 15 to 20 min in spare to reach Haram, if u use the lift.
