★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a decent hotel, close to the Masjid-e-Nabvi (5 minute walk). I stayed there for 10 days and on the 9th day they ran out of water, which the management claimed to be available in 3 hours but it wasn't available until morning for only a couple of hours and ran out again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel... a lot of Pakistani staff and nice pakistani food here... rooms are small but ok... there are 3 lifts for 2 basement ground and 10 floors... there are shops near by... you can go to haram from gate 15 or 8 in just 5 to 8 minutes... every room has tv fridge bath and wardrobes... over good place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to our Pakistani group management whom we are travelling with and took great care of us otherwise the hotel have Zero Star for room service.
The washroom was broken, room carpet not clean, no daily cleaning service, no laundry and AC took ages to start working right.
Another reason for 3 star rating that it's near to Haram. Approx 500m walk to Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean and nice hotel. Lifts work very well. There will be some rush at prayer timings or checkin or checkout time.
Overall hotel is clean and and rooms are also good and cleaned. Washrooms are cleaned.
Bad thing is you have to ask for room service otherwise they can't come by themselve.
Near to Haram and overall hotel is very good.
