★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not stay in this place, horrible experience. AC is not working, when we complained they didnt care just saying that there is a leakage but didnt do anything to fix it and we spent whole night in hot room

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The address on google maps is wrong. It’s the opposite side of haram. I had trouble finding it. When I found it, I told the receptionist about it. He did not care at all. Instead of gate 24-25, it’s near gate 15.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place seems to attract Kashmiri or Africans or maybe Kashmiri travel agents prefer this place. The lifts is always congested and the mess hall crowded at meal times. Too much noise but being close to Masjid Al Nabi makes things very much bearable. The wifi is too slow.
