★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Madinah, this is the worst place I have stayed at so far. Without any exaggeration, this hotel is claustrophobic. Rooms have a weird smell all the time. The bedsheets are dirty. Washrooms are so small. In a word, I suffered and I don't want others to suffer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not clean very uncomfortable stay unfortunately cleaning staff too busy with group books and priorities. Hotel walk to gate 8 not too far. Breakfast and dinner have to be provided your self if u haven't booked in a group.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stayed here for 3 nights for umrah. Thank God, this hotel is quite comfortable to live in. Yes, it's an old hotel but it's comfy enough for me. The hot water is smooth, AC is cold enough, bed is comfy, food is acceptable, WiFi is good, and near Nabawi mosque too. One thing that concern me is how the elevator is so slow. Thanks, I hope this hotel will keep on improving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Three nights in this place like nightmare. The hotel can be 4 stars but the employees making it deserve no star at all.
The rooms are not clean, reception not cooperative at all. Service employees want to help sometimes but wait for orders from management.
If the owner of this hotel want it to work well, the management should be changed immediately.
I do not recommend it for anybody.
