โ โ โ โ โ Positives - Kahwah, dates and Zamzam was served at the entrance while we were waiting to check in. Staff handling our baggage as well as room service were so so helpful and polite. The room sizes were luxurious, had a lovely walk in shower and great toiletries, robe slippers etc. We were given connecting rooms which was excellent for our family. Very clean and comfortable. Would come again.
Negatives - Felt like the security gates and metal detectors on entering the building were for show only - the 1 time out of 10 we did load our bags on to the conveyer belt no one was looking at the screen and were just helping us load/unload the bags, so realised it was there just for show. We waited around 30 mins at the reception when checking in - we were not really told why the wait was and the receptionist started serving other customers, which didn't look professional and we had 2 young children. Went to another receptionist and got our room keys within a couple of minutes. It could have been something as simple as our rooms not being ready but we weren't told anything. The wifi was not great and we used our own mobile data to order food etc. The rooms should have the direction of the haram (as most hotels in Makkah/Madinah do) and our room did not have a haram view so we weren't entirely sure of the direction for prayers.

โ โ โ โ โ Really the hotel is amazing and so luxury and clean. The executive room was very big and have partial haram view. The room has two big king size beds with sofa. Room equipped with all required accessories and amenities. Staff were too friendly. Few steps from holy mosque.

โ โ โ โ โ We had one of the most astonishing experience staying in this Hotel. The staff are super friendly, hospitable and polite.
I would had scored slightly lower but the buffet manager Tayyab Javed was so accommodating that he went out of his way to make us very welcome and comfortable as if one would welcome a guest in his home. He bought items of food which were not on the menu if you were looking for something you had desired eating and that with the head chef bringing it to your table. Javed was exceptional throughout our stay and for that reason and other factors put together I had to score my stay and experience a 5 star

โ โ โ โ โ All was best, the front desk was helpful, the guards was friendly. The food was great.. Walking distance to Makkah. Only their room service a bit slow (maybe because the large number of customers)

โ โ โ โ โ We always stay at the Conrad in Makkah. The location is ideal (a quick walk to the mosque), the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are a great size. This time we got two connecting rooms which were nice. The breakfast buffet is always delicious and the breakfast staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and well taken care of. All the staff are great. This time we were pleasantly surprised to find a Cafe Moment on the 2nd floor (which we love!). We usually eat in the Hyatt (next door) food court so its nice that is so convenient.

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad service. Staff uncooperative. Food just you can eat, not tasty. Room service very bad, didn't bring food on time. Bell service is also bad. You have to wait 15 to 30 minutes. We brought our luggage down ourselves. Receptionist very uncooperative. They couldn't book a taxi for us.
Bathroom has two holes under mirror. Shower water flows in main bathroom

Only very strange thing,
There are snacks in the refrigerator of the room, and if you take anything, you will be charged for it.
