ثانيا بعد السعودة اصبح الموضوع ممل وبارد جدا
والله رحت استأجر سيارة وكان الموظف يقفل عقد مع عميل ويوجد عميل اخر منتظر
جلست كثيييير جدا جدا جدا وما خلص تقفيل العقد الأول بعدها تركتهم ومشيت ده فرع الحمدانية

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سعرو طيب ليس بي غالي ولا رخيص بس في خدمة جداً جميلة إذا أخذت سيارة من المطار تدفع رسوم إستلام سيارة منك في مدينتك يعني تاخذ السيارة من جدة المطار الى مكة توصلها لي الفرع الى بمكة وتدفع رسوم (٦٠) ريال لي إستلام السيارة منك وريحوك ولا التكاسي حقت المطار ٣٠٠ريال ولا ٢٥٠ ريال توفر احسن وعلى رحتك وتقعد السيارة معاك (٢٤) ساعة وأوفر
The price is good. It is not expensive or cheap, but there is a very nice service. If you take a car from the airport, you pay the fees to receive a car from you in your city. I mean, you take the car from Jeddah, the airport to Mecca, you deliver it to the branch to Mecca, and you pay a fee of (60) riyals for me to receive the car from you, and you will not take the taxi. Right at the airport is 300 riyals, or 250 riyals, it provides better and on your comfort, and the car sits with you (24) hours and saves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Saudi Arabia during the month of Ramadan. I wanted to get rental car from Jeddah International Airport for a day for a quick trip to Mecca for Umrah. I had paid for my booking in advance. When I reached the counter, the rep denied giving me car stating that I have Umrah visa and I am not entitled to drive a car in Saudia. I had checked it prior to booking my rental car on Saudi immigration and customs website that I can drive for a week, but not more than a week. The Budget rep was very rude and was not helpful at all. He even persuaded his neighboring rental agencies to not give me a car. I was at the airport at 6:00AM and my next flight to Madina was at 8:00PM. It was very frustrating situation as I was completely ready and in Ehram to perform Umrah. However, I was able to book my car from Alwefaq Rent A Car (just two booths away), and they saved my day.

I rented a sedan from the South Terminal for a week (January 11th to 17th). When i arrived at the location to pick up, they saw my US passport and demanded SAR2700 for a sedan. i declined and wanted to walk out as i had done my research and there is no way a sedan will be more than SAR1000 there for a week. Then he came down to SAR900 for a week of rental. **SCAM attempt 1**
When i picked up the car, it had half tank of fuel. When i returned, i filled it to 3/4 and they still charged me an extra SAR50. When i argued, they just returned the additional charged money.
Now the real thing comes when i am back in USA and i see a new $506 charge on my card. I called budget and they said they don't have any information on it and is unable to issue me a refund. I had to dispute the amount from my bank and get my money back.
THIS BRANCH IS FULL OF SCUMBAGS!! Bunch of people from Indian descent running this scamming business.
