★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Their customer services are Very very poor. They have no idea what they are selling such as their own products knowledge is really bad. They dont know what package can be suitable for customers. Also they can't speak or understand english!!! If someone has no knowledge about English how can they serve international customers at international Airport??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had good and mediocre experience from such counter. The great thing is the convenience of having a quick connection for any new arrivals. Also for the travelers who already have STC connection, its a great spot to either recharge their prepaid connection or to clear the dues on their postpaid subscription. Usually its not crowded too which adds more comfort
