★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employees are nice, but Zain fiber service is extremely bad. I have lost the signal for 6 days now. I called the customer service around 12 time, and yet not a single technician has called me to arrange for a visit. The customer service employees are just messengers, and have no direct contact with the technical department. ZAIN FIBER is not recommended. Contract with any other country.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual , Customer service is disaster . Closing for prayer prior to half an hour then opening after half n hour , for pray one hour , total 3 times prayer they need 3 to 4 hour. What a service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since it is a Flagship Branch, it is expected to attract a lot of customers, hence extra long waiting time. It is advisable to go to other small / mall branches and come here only for the services not available there.
All the major devices offered by zain are expected to be available here. Stock availability at a certain time might vary.

Waiting time is approximately 2 hours. Their service is very slow and their authority is limited.
They have good offers, however, their betwork signal is very weak in many areas within the city.
