★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not a customer of AXA but my car was hit from behind by AXA insured car.
After it got insured from AXA insurance services it was not active in Muroor app so I have to wait for 2months to claim
Between these 2 months I had visited Muroor 3 times, Najm 2 times and This branch of AXA for 4 times.
Rather finding out solution for me AXA kept on sending me to get papers from Muroor and Najm when it was their problem as Insurance not updated in muroor
I did taqdeer by paying 172.5 riyals as the insurance of AXA insured vehicle was not registered and during taqdeer valuation ( after me acquiring all sets of document) the money was not refunded to me. I specifically asked the branch staff and he said it will get claim but unfortunately the staff lied that the money will be refunded.
Really disappointed with the service and the sufferings which I took because of lack of support from AXA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On google maps it say it closes at 5PM and when I arrived, it says that it closes at 3PM. What kind of company does this and wastes peoples time?? Is there no one that can update the closing time. Really dissatisfied of this situation and wouldn’t even recommend it to a friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Pray to god that you don’t have to visit this place. My serial was 6 and it took 2 hours to reach the service desk. Only one teller in service , other 3 is not serving. 1 star only for the security guard who was giving information to people who were waiting.

When they call , Price online includes free roadside assistance, but sales representative say roadside cover is additional price, price difference in total SAR 100 (between online and telesales), after requesting for discount then they offer to give free roadside assistance ???
When I asked about reason for price increase : please compare us with other insurance company and you will know the price difference ??♂️
Didn’t renew my insurance with them after above incident .
