★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My genuine experience. There is Mr. Hamid a very very humble and helping person. May Allah provide him good sustenance in life and better hereafter. He is alone handling customer and operations which i observed in 3 visits. Simply doing his work dedicatedly. He did overtime also just to complete his operational activities and handling customer until late evening. Other person is never willing to have the shared responsibility as he has limited work in Air India Express section. People like Mr. Hameed should get proper recognition in the organization which i know will never happen as those who make noises are recognized easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The employee's behavior is bad he does not have any degree of polite only because I answered a call that asked me in a loud and rude voice to get out of the office. I prefer to travel on foot instead of dealing with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old age staff, dam slow process, only 1 or max 2 person working at a time, system is down most of the time.
Manager not present anytime, no option to make any complaints.
Working hours 8:30am to 5Pm Sunday to Thursday, 1Pm to 2Pm lunch brake.
Friday- Saturday closed.
