★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff in Riyadh dont understand english. Dont even know what is business class and the privilege that comes with it. Wrongly tagged my luggage. I have to sit at the airport just to wait another 30mins for it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t understand why everyone in their feeling shame of answering phone ? never picking up their phones ever so if you want to call them you need to call their call center in dubai and pay an international call just to ask them couple of questions…. Or better to go other airlines

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked my flight yesterday for Hyderabad from Riyadh. And when i arrived in Hyderabad my luggage was missing. How can any flight operate if they can't handle the customers luggage.Very sick.Very poor.I suggest everyone who is reading my review please never in future book this flight.I had a very bad experience with this organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travelled with my family on fly dubai from riyadh to mumbai via dubai and return .
Both ways my bag got lost and there is no update.
One bag got lost on dec 18 from riyadh to mumbai .we had gone to attend a wedding we had to reshop shoes and few clothes n stuff for the wedding.
And 2nd bag got misplaced on jan 2nd on way bk .We had a lot of valuable stuff to mention a dyson airwrap
Tory burch bag and brand new clothes .
The tag of one of my bags were alsonemoved.
One bag came open and my handbag got missing from the bag .
Extremely unproffessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst customer experience in my life,
on the first flight I checked in online and couldn’t get a boarding pass. Got to the airport and the counter was closed and contacted the flight supervisor inside and he promised me 2 times that he will come get me from customs and i waited 40 minutes until the flight closed and i missed it and was never compensated!!
On the flight back the lady at the counter was cery rude and she was not informed of country regulations and refused to issue a ticket for my friend and it took us so long to get a manager to solve it.
Also when boarding, a crew member wanted to force me into giving him my cabin luggage and was extremely rude! Not my problem if you do not have space inside, i booked my seat and are entitled to enter my cabin bag with me.
Honestly, i never seen such rude and careless staff.
