★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever you will purchase a ticket from Airblue Web for any of your friend or relatives by using credit or debit card then it is mandatory to visit their sales office with your resident id and credit card/debit card for verification. Without verification they will not allow the passenger for boarding. In my case i was living in Zulfi KSA. My brother was living in Jeddah KSA. I purchased ticket for him on Airblue website. After purchasing i found a note on the top that Credit card/debit card verification will be required on the time of boarding or before boarding.
In the bottom of ticket in last 3 lines they explained it as below:-
FOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PURCHASES - VERIFICATION REQUIRED:
The passenger(s) will NOT be allowed to travel, until the credit/debit card has been verified by Airblue. The card holder must present (in person) the Credit/Debit Card and Photo ID (NIC or passport) of the country from which the credit/debit is issued. The card holder name must appear on the credit/debit card for the Verification purposes. This can be done at the airport at the time of Check-In, -or- at any Airblue sales office prior to travel.
Any refunds will be done within 30 business days.
Due to this i called air blue office 009251111247258
They said it's mandatory. So i drived 300 km from Zulfi to Riyadh and 300 km from Riyadh to Zulfi just for verification.
I asked them on call that i can send a scanned copies on e mail but they said its mandatory to visit in person to the sales office.
I did not understand their method of doing business.

1. Staff's attitude was main concern. Typical home country feelings.
2. Location and office space was another concern.
3. Booked tickets online and paid and office with extra charge of SAR 240 and staff was not at all cooperative.
4. Two stars for reasonable fares compare to قومی ائیر لائن۔
