★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible ground staffs at check in counter. Unable to board a flight at 23:10 Sept 2. (So that management have to get to check who are the people on shift at that time, specially staff named "KIRAN" -IF THEY'RE INTERESTED IN IMPROVING THEIR SERVICE). A CONFIRMED ticket denied of check in, requested to stand and wait until the check in counter is closed and all that they can say is that "your name is not on the list, this flight has overbookings". After 3 long hours of standing in the counter, denied a flight, there is no single soul to answer you what went wrong or some human being to help you get a smooth rebooking. In this pandemic hours are valuable to each and every person. You don't know why the person is traveling, if they are on a business trip or simply to meet their families which they haven't seen for ages. 24 hour lost due to this unjustifiable negligence and on top of that extremely unsatisfying human relations capabilities of staff. There's no enough words to out how terrible the EXPERIENCE was with this airline. NEVER EVER I WILL RECOMMEND THIS. Sought for HELP, STAFF CLOSED THE COUNTER ON YOUR FACE. At moments like this you can't help but to WISH them to face and experience the horror they'd given others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Gulf Air a few weeks ago. The staff was generally good except one guy. Let’s give him some grace marks. He might be tired or sick on that day. There was no restroom available when I asked one to use. I went there during peak hours. No parking was available nearby. I had to park half a mile away.

they were spoiling my girls with lots of gift and sweets
all the children had special food box
and the girls there were friendly
they gave my young girl nice bag with souvenirs
she loved her and wrote a thank you letter
which made her very happy
thank you maricel and bossy ????
thanks for all the crew
when we were back
the pilot gave us more sweets
i told him
YOU WILL PAY FOR THE DENTIST ????
