★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad in terms of ticket Refund.I took ticket on february 2020 during corona time still idid not get my refund amount.when am checking with our travel agent they are telling srilankan airlines is running on loss becuse of that they will not refund any ticket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't book tickets through this airlines, they take more than 10 days to reply to one email.
I have been waiting for more than 14 business days for the refund to be credited to my bank account. I dont mind waiting but these gives will not have time to read my email regarding my final exit out of the country and my bank account won't work for the refund to be processed.
I have to tell my employer to keep my resident card valid until * Srilankan Airlines process the refund.
