★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a flight booked and they canceled it. When I spoke to the representative at BA the day before he assured me that the flights were on schedule and no reason for a cancellation. Next minute I get an email saying it's canceled with no reason. I call them up and they say it's because the flight didn't get approval from the government? If that's the case then why take peoples money and advertise the seats? Surely this is a against the law and misleading and false misrepresentation. Get the relevant authority approvals before opening your bookings! I am outraged because you took my money and and keeping it, accruing any interest or doing whatever you want to meet your cash flow demands then giving it back after 2 weeks or giving me a voucher ( I haven't sorted this part out yet)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make BA your last choice . Call center is the worst. Never take vouchers. It’s hell to use them you need to beg , call, emaill, call the queen . It is rediculus!
