★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I issued travel insurance papers for the shengen countries. Allianz insurance was the cheapest I have found after inquiring over prices in a dozen insurance companies. Their price was 75% less than Solidarity, for example. However, it takes a few hours to issue the documents, but it was worth waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are so slow each customer spend 20 to get done so if you have 5 customers in front of you it will take you 1 hour and 40 mins to reach you turn .. i think going in the morning way better than afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front staff greet well but internal process is worst. No proper update for insurance follow up. Need to visit 4 to 5 times for one follow up. Front staff give same answer as theybdont have much control on account people. Internal procedure need to improve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are struggling with services, till now I have not receive what I demanded at reception, though representative assured me will be send by email, unfortunatly she have limited access, helpefull as she could, but I left with doubt in my mind, too bad.
