★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The fact that i need to drive all the way because their online system doesnt work they done have an emailing system to open claims is ******** its 2021, they said either come in person or send by postmail. IT'S 2021. I had to drive walking with an injured knee with a cane (second day driving after my accident) for information anyone could send online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have experience that no one is responding seriously since30 November i have submited invoice for rent car & till today i havent recieved my payment personaly i have visited more tha 8 times to office & called every one answer today but tha today not yet came the amount is only 205 SR still how long it will take do not know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor services. 50 customers waiting and only 2 attendants. And the 2 serving are also not interested to do their job. This is miserable. The management should increase the staff considering the workload. People visiting to file their claims, make sure you have atleast 2 to 3 hours spare time at your disposal. And keep in mind that after spending 2 to 3 hours waiting for your turn, you will be turned down with a lame excuse. Totally disappointing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hated the fact my company changed our insurance to medgulf..a so many rejection, need more clarification and a loot of questions just so i can get an approval for 700 SAR x ray

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst car insurance ever , they are slow as snails in every step you need , my car is ready at lexus to collect but i can’t because medgulf didn’t pay the rest of the repair bill for two weeks now and im still waiting…
