I was in and out within 15 minutes..they have a wide variety of cars to choose from.
Waleed is the name of the employee that helped me.He always had a smile on and provided me with excellent customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented the car in this office and return the car in the airport ,they are asking for me to pay for the original demage. i asked them to check with the first office for the original situation of the car. they said they cannot check.very very bad service. will never rent again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and bad service at jeddah Airport. My kid drop the water on front seat, which can be cleaned from simple cloth and they charged me 90 SAR for this. Also I delivered the car well with in the allowed time limit , they charged 50 SAR, for an extra hour. The guys at the rental office have bad attitude, they cannot speak English and will never listen to you. Highlight not recommend anyone to take a car from them, I am planning to register a complaint against them with officials.
