★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one in eastern ring road they don't give cars to non Saudi's for outside kingdom. Which as per my experience there, only one guy knows about it. I went there selected the car got a discount and was ready to pay the money and book the car, it was then suddenly a guy appeared took the person serving me to somewhere and asked him to tell me no car is allowed for non Saudi's. Such a stupid person. Everything was nice there expect this thing which is my whole purpose to go to a rent a car service. I went to another branch in al falah and and the person could do anything and everything to help me out to get a car. It all depends on people I guess the first guy in eastern ring road branch was some kind of a stupid hater.

There are cheaper places for cars, but their prices are still decent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anybody who reads the name clearly can easily understand their service "Al we Faq". This is what this rentals stand for. Once I have been there to rent a car, the drama was horrible in northern ring road. Three offices with three different people, they don't have understanding with each other. I knew they are only to loot money on defending each other in front of the customers. Horrible people in business.
