A	ABDULLAH A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فرع ممتاز جداً وفريق عمل رائع ومتقن وواثق من شغله وشغل الفنيين سريع وواضح انه من تجربة كبيرة وما تحس انه جالس يجرب ويتدرب على سيارتك. صادقين معك من ناحية قطع الغيار اذا هي اصلية او تجارية ويعطيك النصيحة ويكون لك الخيار في الاختيار. طبعا عندهم ضمان شهر للتركيب وشغلهم. فيه اغلب الاجهزة والادوات اللي تحتاجها مثل جهاز خرط الهوبات و رافعات هيدروليكية وجهاز ترصيص الكفرات ممتاز للسرعات العالية ( ترصيص على سرعة ١٢٠-١٤٠ كم/س). برمجة كمبيوتر قسم للميزان واجهزة لتصليح المساعدات واليايات. فيه جلسات انتظار للرجال والنساء ( مع دورة مياه). يعني شيء بسيط جداً اتمنى يشوفون له حل او طريقة معينة اللي هي توفر قطع الغيار بحيث ماتاخذ وقت لانهم يجيبونها من فرعهم او مستودعهم بالصناعية ويكون على الطلب. اتمنى انهم يحاولون على الاقل توفير القطع الاستهلاكية اللي تتغير بشكل كبير مثل الفحمات، البواجي.. الخ او يوفرون لهم مستودع في شمال الرياض. وينقصهم ايضاً جهاز برمجة كفرات السيارة اذا بدلتها او دورتها وبالنسبة للاسعار ، صحيح انها اعلى من غيرهم لكن لمن تشوف جودة واحترافية الشغل، تتطمن انك دفعت هالمبلغ A very excellent branch and a wonderful, proficient and confident team of staff, and the technicians' work is fast and clear. b	bzdhx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عادي جداً واقل من عادي عندهم امكانيات كبيره وعدة غاليه بس ما يستخدمونها دخلت عندهم عشان الفحص المجاني انتظاري كان طويل واستقبالي كان سيء جداً مافي اي استقبال او ارشادات لنظام طريقة اسجل او اصف اقعد الاحق وراهم واسالهم ولا احد وده يجاوبني غير عامل فلبيني طيب بس الفحص كان مو عادي اقل من العادي انا اقدر اروح اي حفره وافحص بنفسي وتكلمت على مشكلتي ولا احد فادني والشخص السوداني الجنسيه ما اعرف اسمه اسلوبه بارد وسيء وما يرد على الاستفسارات ويسحب عليك وانت تكلمه نصيحتي انه الي يمسك الاستقبال يكون خلوق وعنده مهارات تواصل ويتجمل المسؤليه والنصيحه الثانيه المام العمال بالعمل بالمعدات الي عندهم ب احترافيه مو بس يشغل نور ويتفرج على السياره ويقلي كل شي تمام على العلم انه في مشاكل عندي في البريكات ونظام التعليق وفحصهم يقولون كل شي تمام ويوم قلت ملاحظاتي ومشاكلي قعدو يتوقعون يمكن كذا ويمكن كذا ولا حق المشوار والانتظار Very normal and less than normal.
