انصح بالتعامل مع بيترومين اكسبرس اذا كنت عميل تميز مع STC لتحصل على عرض تخفيض بالاسعار
* عرض علي الفني مشكورًا ان اقوم بتبديل زيت قير السيارة بناء على عداد الكيلومترات وعند سؤالي له عن نوع الزيت اللذي يرغب في استعماله اجاب ATF.!!
سيارتي نوعها تويوتا كورولا 2018 واعرف ان قيرها نوع CVT وهذا النوع من القيور لايجب ان يستخدم زيت ATF العادي بل يوجد له زيت خاص CVT fluid وهو يعتقد اعتقادانها بزيت عادي.؟
عدم فهم انواع الزيوت المطلوبةتحتاج وقفه وتدارك من مشرفين المراكز ولكي لاتقع اعطال غير متوقعة بسيارات العملاء بسبب الجهل.
شكرًا بيترومين ولكن حبيت اوضح هذه النقطة المهمة ومازلت عميل لهم وحريص على التحدث مع الفنيني قبل البدء بالخدمة عن متطلبات الصيانة السريعة لديهم.
نقطة اخيره..
اين الشباب السعودي عن هذه الشركات الداعمة .!
هل اصبحت تطبيقات الهواتف مصدر ضياع للوقت
كان عندهم شاب سعودي اثنيت عليه ونصحته بالاستفاده من تكوين خبرة وفهم اكثر وهذه المرة لم اجده فلعل المانع خير.

المفترض مايزعجون العميل ويصيرون عليه ويحاولون فيه انه يغير ويبدل وكأنهم يترجونك تبدلها
