★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guy named Islam is reasonable, he would listen, engage n try to accommodate request, but no one else. The business is like rest out there, they will try to fleece from you as much as they can when you return the car. I hoped for better from them after renting a car for a good amount of time. Neither got a discount nor any respite upon immaculate return of the car. Caution: as in many places, language barrier is used to skin off customers. Wouldn't have given any stars if the guy named Islam was not there.
