★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will be better off renting a car from the airport than from this place. Truly not sure how they are still in business as they charge an arm and a leg for a car from 2002 that looks like its given up on life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ im not recommended this because i experience of Racist for this rent a car yelo also the mobile app is not good. Especially in Al Aqiq Branch so i desided to go out and try to another rent a car and i get a car and take not very good service.

Not enough choices of cars given even though they were available in the garage!!
The employee wasn't open to discuss other options
It was all about adding extra services to pay extra money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Branch is wel located and used to be good. Unfortunately they recently replaced the employees. The Indian car cleaners cum "damage assessors" are not knowledgeable enough and will try to pin blame on you. Thankfully the Saudi branch manager, though a bit rude, had good experience and he solved the issue appropriately. But i might not visit this branch again and would recommend Al Falah or Al Raed Branch.
