You must forbidden ? smoking cigarettes in your cars.
Also, you should only have recent year cars or one year old. I found a 2017 car, which was already old and has so much mileage on it.

Also, don’t wash cars before renting it. If you insist then they’ll put some water on it & staff doesn’t seems to be interested

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually this company never let me down in the past but lately they have been employing racist staff , I know for a fact the only requirement to rent a car is to have a valid licence and ID the fact that the staff refused to rent my wife a car just because she's a wife of a civilian (non saudi)that is outrageous ,even after informing him that she is working as a doctor and showing him the proof he still refused stating that he have contacted his company and they side it's not allowed, but sadly racist's will never change .
